Chakra Balancing

Service Description

During a chakra balancing session, a crystal pendulum is used to test the electrical charge or the quality of each chakra. Once the chakras have been tested, different crystals are placed on the body to balance the chakras with excessive or deficient qualities. Then a guided visualisation is offered so you can more deeply connect with these energy centers. During the session tuning forks are used to assist with the energetic release in order to bring your body back into balance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events or changes in plans may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment, booking, or event. Our reschedule policy is designed to accommodate such situations while ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved: • Reschedule Requests: Reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment/event. This allows us to accommodate your request and offer the slot to other customers if necessary. • Rescheduling Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to provide alternative dates/times that suit your needs. • Frequency of Rescheduling: Customers are allowed to reschedule 1 time without incurring any additional fees. After this limit, if you choose to continue with the service, you will be expected to pay the full price of the service. • Rescheduling Process: To request a reschedule, please contact our customer support team at hello@serritaparker.com or reschedule online. • No-Shows and Late Arrivals: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice or arrive significantly late, it may be considered a no-show, and our standard rescheduling policy could apply. In some instances, late arrivals will be allowed to reschedule. • Booking Changes by the Company: In the rare event that we need to change or reschedule a booked appointment or event, you will be notified promptly, and we will offer suitable alternative options or a full refund if preferred. • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update our reschedule policy at any time. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website.
